We also adapt agreements and documents to the specific needs of the company to ensure a good and correct protection and to mitigate the risk on discussions.

Screening / training
Given the complexity of and the broad spread legislation regarding employment law and social security law, continued compliance with the changing regulatory landscape may be challenging. In order to see whether the company is up to date, we conduct audits on a company level and advise on potential necessary modifications and/or updates. We also provide in-house training regarding topics chosen by the company.
