I am an expert on employment and social security law. I advise individual clients as well as small and big (international) companies regarding all aspects of individual and collective labour law, from drafting agreements, policies, settlement agreements, etc. through optimisation of salary packages, individual dismissals, collective dismissals, restructuring and negotiations with inspection services and trade unions.

Before I established Pragmalegis, I gained more than 11 years of experience in international specialized law firms where I was able to specialize in all matters regarding employment law and social security law (recommendation in "Legal 500 for Labour and Employment Law").

I also teach employment law and social security law at UCLL and published several articles regarding social law.
