The applied rates will always be discussed in advance and our fees will be calculated on the basis of the actual performed hours in the file.
The hourly rates will be determined by the complexity of the case and the urgency of the requested work.
In the applied hourly rate (VAT exclusive) all normal office costs are included (costs related to phone, fax, copies, etc.), so that you will not have any unpleasant surprises. Only specific costs which are specific related to the file (costs of registry, court, etc.) will be invoiced on a separate basis. A system of provision on the fees will be applied.
On request, an estimation can be provided regarding the number of envisaged hours and a fixed fee quote can be provided for specific projects.
You may have insurance which covers your legal fees. If this is the case, most of the legal fees and costs will be covered by your insurance company.
